CARROLLTON, Texas, September 16, 2026: SkyeBrowse, the videogrammetry platform for rapid 3D and 2D mapping, today announced its new Commercial, Pro, and Public Safety & Enterprise plan lineup, alongside new viewer capabilities and Microsoft sign-in. The tiers give construction, inspection, insurance, and public safety teams a choice of model storage terms, processing quality, and tools, with pricing based on finished models.
Videogrammetry converts video footage into 3D models and 2D maps. SkyeBrowse's new lineup lets teams choose the model type and quantity that fit their work, from measuring and sharing a site to producing professional exports or documenting evidence.
Commercial: Everyday Mapping at $24.99 Per Model
Commercial includes 8K processing, 0.5 inch accuracy, viewing, measuring, annotations, and sharing, with 3 months of model storage. Pricing is $24.99 per model with monthly billing, or $19.99 per model billed annually.
The tier supports up to 5 users per organization and up to 3 videos per model, with a maximum of 10GB per video. Area, Angle, Volume, and Clip tools help teams document buildings, measure stockpiles, inspect sites, and share the captured scene. Commercial excludes exports and AI tools.
Pro: Professional Outputs and Advanced Analysis at $49.99 Per Model
Pro includes the same 8K processing and 0.5 inch accuracy, with 1 year of model storage and tools for turning a captured scene into a usable deliverable. Pricing is $49.99 per model with monthly billing, or $39.99 per model billed annually.
Pro adds exports, AI Floor Plans, AI Site Plans, Line of Sight, Sun & Shadow, topographic maps, custom 3D model imports, and the paid Flythrough Video camera-path styles. Included custom white labeling places the organization's logo alongside SkyeBrowse branding on shared and public model pages while the Pro subscription is active.
Like Commercial, Pro supports up to 5 users and up to 3 videos per model, at 10GB per video. Construction and inspection teams can use the tier to review visibility, study shadows, create plans, and export model assets for downstream workflows.
Public Safety & Enterprise: Full Tools, Compliance, and Unlimited Users
Public Safety & Enterprise is billed annually at $199 per model per year and starts with a single model. It includes every SkyeBrowse feature, 16K Ultra processing, 0.1 inch accuracy, unlimited users, and 5-year guaranteed model storage.
The tier supports up to 10 videos per model, at 100GB per video. It adds CJIS compliance and chain of custody, Axon Evidence.com integration, AI Moving Object Removal, factual diagrams, sketch drawing, Case Gallery, public safety Icons, and slope and profile analysis, alongside everything in Pro.
These capabilities support crash and crime scene documentation, fire pre-planning, tactical planning, and other workflows where teams need evidence tools and longer-term access. The guaranteed 5-year storage term continues even if the subscription is not renewed.
Flexible Model Quantities, Annual Savings, and Existing Subscribers
Commercial and Pro subscriptions offer monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves 20% and delivers the full year's model allocation up front. Unused models roll over while the subscription remains active, and paid subscriptions include unlimited practice models for learning capture and analysis workflows. Practice models are deleted after 1 month and cannot be exported.
Lite, Premium Starter, and Premium are closed to new signups. Existing subscribers retain their current plan and pricing for as long as they remain subscribed. New customers can compare Commercial, Pro, and Public Safety & Enterprise at SkyeBrowse's pricing page.
New Tools Build on the Captured Scene
The new "Import Custom 3D Model" tool lets Pro and Public Safety & Enterprise users place GLB or STL files inside a SkyeBrowse model. Users choose the imported file's units, then position, rotate, and scale it against the captured scene, with up to 3 composite layers per model. This enables teams to review proposed objects or equipment within an existing space.
Public Safety & Enterprise users and existing Premium subscribers can also attach multiple images to a single annotation through Case Gallery. Clicking the annotation opens its photos for browsing, zooming, and panning, keeping supporting views together at the location they document.
Model owners can upgrade an existing Freemium model to Commercial or Pro, unlocking the tier's tools immediately while a full-resolution rebuild runs in the background. Individual Commercial models can also be upgraded to Pro or Public Safety & Enterprise, and Pro models to Public Safety & Enterprise, on an active plan that is not scheduled to cancel. Paid-tier upgrades retain the model's existing processing quality while unlocking the higher tier's tools and storage term.
Owners can recover eligible expired or archived models by applying a model from their balance or purchasing one, with the new storage window starting on the recovery date. Recovery is unavailable while the subscription is scheduled to cancel. Commercial and Pro subscribers can adjust quantity, tier, and billing period directly from Billing; increases apply immediately with proration, and decreases take effect at the end of the billing period.
Microsoft Sign-In and Customer Model Stories
Users can now choose "Continue with Microsoft" on the SkyeBrowse sign-in page to sign in with a Microsoft account. The new option joins the existing "Continue with Google" sign-in, giving users a choice of Microsoft or Google alongside standard email and password access.
The release also introduces "Share this model's story" on finished models users own. Users can describe their workflow and grant permission for SkyeBrowse to feature the model publicly. Submissions go through review before publication.
